NMF is an amazing foundation that raises money though music to benefit patients and research of Pancreatic Cancer. It’s named for Jamey’s longtime friend Nikki Mitchell, who died of pancreatic cancer. For the past seven years, fans from around Montgomery and beyond have been pouring in support for Jamey Johnson and the Nikki Mitchell Foundation. The concert is known for raising hundreds of thousands of dollars each year for the foundation. “It was a huge blessing for the foundation, and for the patients with pancreatic cancer who benefit from the foundation,” - Johnson.
