Updated: Sep 23

For years, our company has actively pursued projects at Camp David, recognizing the prestige and significance associated with such endeavors. After persistent efforts, we are thrilled to finally have the opportunity to contribute to projects at this esteemed presidential retreat. Securing this opportunity marks a milestone for our company and reflects our commitment to excellence in our field. One of our favorite designed includes the Evergreen Chapel challenge coin. This endeavor marks a significant milestone for us, as we embrace the chance to craft a symbol of reverence for such a historic and esteemed location. We're committed to infusing every detail of the challenge coin with the same spirit of excellence and prestige embodied by the Evergreen Chapel itself. Camp David Evergreen Chapel Presidential Retreat Challenge Coin is the first official coin ever created for the Evergreen Chapel.

The Evergreen Chapel, nestled within the serene confines of Camp David, serves as a sanctuary for presidents and their guests. Its tranquil surroundings amidst the Catoctin Mountain Park provide a serene backdrop for moments of reflection and spiritual solace. Presidents have utilized the chapel for religious services, weddings, and private prayer, highlighting its importance as a place of worship and contemplation. The chapel's architecture reflects a sense of simplicity and reverence, emphasizing its role as a retreat from the demands of the presidency. With its rich history and significance to the presidential retreat, the Evergreen Chapel stands as a symbol of faith and spirituality within the highest echelons of American leadership.

The chapel was dedicated be President George H.W. Bush in 1991. We recently learned coin numbers 41 and 43 were gifted to President George W. Bush. We're continuously reflecting history within our work, but sometimes we get to be a part of something sweetly sentimental. 😭
