This distinguished coin is crafted in a dark silver oval shape and features a unique rotating centerpiece. The central element is the U.S. Navy Petty Officer Second Class (PO2) insignia, which includes an eagle perched on an anchor and a chevron of two stripes, symbolizing authority and maritime tradition. The inner border is adorned with a row of tiny stars, while the outer border displays "Presidential Retreat Camp David" at the top and "Second Class Petty Officers Association" at the bottom. Flanking the insignia are the Navy emblem on the left and the Presidential Seal on the right.


The reverse side of the coin showcases 18 symbols representing various U.S. Navy rates encircling the edge, with the phrase "Second to None" prominently displayed at the bottom.
