The reverse side of the coin highlights Chief Rogers’ philosophy through the raised silver text "#est 1893" and a gold metal plate engraved with his guiding principles: F.E.E.R. — Foresight + Engagement + Execution = Results. This encapsulates his leadership approach, which emphasizes thinking ahead, being proactive, and executing tasks with precision for effective outcomes. The black metal grating adds an industrial, rugged texture to symbolize the tough, enduring nature of military service.
